Stop Managing everything. Learn to choose yourself without spiraling and feel like yourself again.

Hi, I'm Kaila!

I help women who feel trapped in a cycle of people-pleasing, pushing themselves to keep everything together until they’re on the verge of a breakdown.

If you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and exhausted, therapy can help you feel calmer, more confident, and less weighed down by guilt.

Meet Kaila

I didn’t become a therapist because I had everything figured out.

I became a therapist because I was once the woman who looked like she was “doing fine” on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside — managing everything, overthinking constantly, and abandoning my own needs in the process.

For years, I measured my worth by how useful I was to everyone else. Rest felt irresponsible. Saying no felt selfish. Choosing myself came with a tidal wave of guilt and second‑guessing.

Therapy taught me something different: the problem wasn’t that I wasn’t trying hard enough — it was that I had learned to survive by disappearing inside responsibility.

Learning to notice my needs, set boundaries without spiraling, and trust myself changed everything. That transformation is why I do this work.

Today, I help chronic overthinkers, people‑pleasing perfectionists, and deeply responsible women nearing burnout learn how to choose themselves — without blowing up their lives or drowning in guilt afterward.

What I Believe

  • You are not broken — you are overwhelmed.

  • Relief matters, and self‑trust is what makes it last.

  • You don’t need more willpower; you need permission to be human.

  • Choosing yourself is not selfish — it’s self‑respect.

  • You don’t have to burn your life down to feel better.

How I Work

Therapy with me is warm, grounded, and very honest.

We explore your inner world with curiosity instead of judgment, untangle the beliefs that keep you stuck in guilt and over‑responsibility, and practice new ways of caring for yourself with compassion and clarity.

This isn’t about fixing you.

It’s about helping you feel like yourself again.

Don't spend another day putting yourself last!
